As a Data Centre Operations Tech, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal customers, tackling diverse daily challenges.

Key responsibilities include: - Troubleshooting advanced hardware issues across servers, storage, and networking devices on a 24/7 basis. - Maintaining exceptional system reliability and availability. - Participating in projects to boost operational efficiencies and sharing knowledge globally. - Educating less technical staff on best practices for service owner issues. - Contributing to team building through involvement in the Amazon hiring and interview process.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with practical experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.

Preferred qualifications include a proven ability to manage customer interactions effectively during problem resolution and perform efficiently under pressure. Experience with ticketing systems and direct work within a data center environment, including tasks like racking and stacking equipment, cable management, and understanding hot/cold aisle containment, is highly advantageous.
