You will actively participate in projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies, sharing your expertise with a global network of technical professionals. Additionally, you'll mentor less technical staff on best practices and contribute to team growth through involvement in the Amazon hiring and interview processes.

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required, coupled with hands-on experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.

Preferred qualifications include a proven ability to manage customer interactions effectively during problem resolution, excel under pressure, and efficiently handle tasks using a ticketing system. Experience within a data center environment, including hardware installation and cable management, is also beneficial.
