As a Data Center Manager with Amazon Data Services India Private Limited (ADSIPL), you will lead the management of AWS's extensive cloud computing infrastructure in India.

You will be tasked with: - Developing and managing engineering teams, providing technical and leadership guidance to ensure peak performance. - Maintaining existing co-located and in-house data centers. - Contributing to the construction and launch of new data centers. - Continuously enhancing processes and procedures, embracing a philosophy of ongoing improvement. - Managing relationships with external vendors and contractors. - Collaborating effectively with internal teams and management. - Ensuring strict adherence to and exceeding local Health & Safety standards across all data centers. - Developing and utilizing data center metrics to drive positive operational changes. - Supporting the implementation of service methodologies such as incident, problem, change, and capacity management.

We are looking for a proven manager experienced in leading high-performing teams and optimizing operational excellence.

Key Qualifications Include: - Minimum of 4 years in data center engineering or operations. - At least 3 years managing technical teams, with demonstrated experience in developing engineers and building successful teams. - Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or STEM field, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience with Agile methodologies. - Proven background in capacity planning, operations planning, or business analysis. - Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma concepts. - Successful experience implementing change management for large-scale operations.
