We are seeking a talented Data Center Manager to lead our operations in India. This role offers the opportunity to manage the world's largest cloud computing infrastructure, tackling unique and intricate problems daily. As a technical leader, you will drive innovation and operational excellence, contributing to the highest standards of safety, security, and cost-efficiency for our customers.

Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams, providing technical and leadership guidance to ensure optimal performance. Maintain and enhance existing co-located and in-house data centers, while also contributing to the construction and launch of new facilities. Continuously refine and improve all operational processes and procedures, fostering a culture of relentless improvement. Effectively manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Ensure strict adherence to and exceeding of local Health & Safety standards across all data center locations. Develop and track key performance metrics for all data center operations, using insights to drive positive changes and advancements. Support the implementation of service methodologies, including incident, problem, change, and capacity management.

Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience managing technical teams, with a proven track record of developing engineers and building successful teams. Possess 7+ years of experience managing large, complex facility organizations. Exhibit strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. Accumulate 4+ years of experience in data center engineering or operations. Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or STEM field, or have at least 6 months of experience in network and operating system support.
