As a Data Center Manager, you will oversee the world's largest cloud computing infrastructure in India. Your responsibilities include managing and developing engineering teams, providing technical and leadership guidance, and ensuring peak performance. You will maintain existing data centers and contribute to the launch of new ones.

Key duties involve continuously improving processes and procedures, managing relationships with external vendors and contractors, and liaising with internal teams. Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, creating performance metrics, and assisting with service methodologies like incident and change management are also crucial aspects of this role.

We are seeking a proven manager experienced in leading high-performing teams and optimizing operational processes. A strong background in data center operations, either in building or management, is essential, along with a track record of building robust relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Candidates should demonstrate expertise in people management, having led teams of at least five individuals for over three years, with skills in performance improvement and team growth. Significant experience in high-severity incident management, change management, and vendor conflict resolution is required.
