As a Data Center Manager, you will lead and develop high-performing engineering teams, providing technical and leadership guidance. You will be responsible for maintaining existing data centers and overseeing the build-out of new facilities.

Key duties include driving continuous improvement across all operational processes and procedures, managing relationships with external vendors and contractors, and liaising effectively with internal teams and management. You will ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards, create and maintain data center performance metrics, and assist in implementing service methodologies such as incident, problem, and change management.

We are seeking experienced managers with a proven track record in operational excellence and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data center operations, either in building or managing facilities, and a demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

A passion for technology and a commitment to daily performance are essential. You should possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. Prior experience in facilities management, leading process improvements, and managing technical teams for at least 5 years, with 10+ years of overall operations management experience, is required. Experience with network and operating system support is also beneficial.
