As a Data Center Manager, you will lead and develop high-performing teams, ensuring operational excellence through refined processes and optimized performance. You will manage and maintain existing data centers, contribute to the build-out of new facilities, and drive continuous improvement across all operational procedures. Responsibilities include managing vendor and contractor relationships, liaising with internal stakeholders, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety standards, and creating/utilizing data metrics to drive positive changes. You will also play a key role in implementing service methodologies like incident, problem, and change management.
We are seeking a proven manager with at least 5 years of experience leading technical teams, demonstrating expertise in personnel management, team development, and performance improvement, including experience with both high and low-performing employees. Essential qualifications include significant experience in major facilities incident management, leading process improvements, strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. A minimum of 4 years of data center engineering or operations experience is also required. While a Bachelor's degree in an engineering or STEM field is preferred, we encourage applications from candidates with diverse experiences and backgrounds who meet the core requirements.
