As a Data Center Manager, you will lead and develop engineering teams, providing both technical and leadership guidance to achieve peak performance. Your role will involve maintaining existing data centers and contributing to the launch of new facilities.

You will be instrumental in continuously refining our processes and procedures, always seeking opportunities for improvement. This includes managing relationships with external vendors and contractors, as well as liaising effectively with internal teams and management.

Ensuring adherence to and exceeding local Health & Safety standards is paramount. You will also be responsible for creating and utilizing metrics to drive positive changes across all aspects of data center operations. Assisting in the implementation of service methodologies such as incident, problem, and change management will be key.

We are seeking a manager with extensive experience in leading high-performing teams, adept at refining processes for optimal operational excellence. A background in data center construction or management, coupled with strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors, is essential.

Demonstrated experience in people management, including leading teams of at least five individuals for over three years, is required. You should be able to showcase improvements in team performance, team creation, and conflict resolution. Significant experience in high-severity incident management, understanding broader implications and potential outcomes, is also crucial.

Proven ability in vendor and contract management, including problem and conflict resolution, is necessary. Candidates should exhibit a strong capacity for process improvement, with experience in process mapping and remediation. A solid understanding of Health & Safety principles and the ability to positively influence safety culture is expected. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required, along with 7+ years of operations management experience.
