As a Data Center Manager, you will lead the management of the world's largest cloud computing infrastructure in India. Your role will involve tackling complex technical challenges daily, driving operational excellence through innovation.

Key responsibilities include: - Leading and developing engineering teams, providing technical and leadership guidance to ensure peak performance. - Overseeing the maintenance of existing data centers and contributing to the build-out of new facilities. - Continuously refining processes and procedures to achieve the highest standards. - Managing relationships with external vendors and contractors, and liaising effectively with internal stakeholders. - Ensuring strict adherence to and exceeding local Health & Safety regulations. - Developing and utilizing metrics to drive positive improvements across all data center operations. - Supporting the implementation of service methodologies such as incident, problem, change, and capacity management.

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Manager with a proven track record in people management, capable of leading teams of high performers and refining processes for operational excellence. You should possess a passion for technology and a drive for daily achievement.

Key qualifications include: - Minimum 5 years of operations management experience. - At least 3 years of managing technical teams, with demonstrated success in developing engineers and building high-performing teams. - Experience in facilities or project management. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Preferred qualifications include: - A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related STEM field, or substantial experience in network and operating system support. - Experience with Agile software development methodologies, Six Sigma/Lean processes, and implementing large-scale programs. - Background in capacity planning, operations planning, or business analysis.
