This role is pivotal in overseeing inbound/outbound logistics, conducting inventory audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will foster leadership principles, drive efficiency in Inventory and Asset Management (IAM) tasks, and collaborate with stakeholders to manage escalations. Join Microsoft's Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) team, powering essential cloud services like Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and Azure.

Oversee daily operations of inbound/outbound logistics, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient handling of packages. Drive asset management processes, including cycle audits and data-bearing device (DBD) destruction, adhering to strict timelines and security protocols. Manage customer service escalations, liaise with internal teams and external vendors, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and data management procedures, while championing environmental sustainability initiatives.

Requires a Graduate degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse/supply chain within an IT environment, inventory management, retail, warehouse management, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Candidates must be able to pass a Microsoft Cloud background check. Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of IT/logistics experience operating heavy-load equipment and 1+ year of project management experience, along with relevant certifications from APICS/ASCM or IAITAM.
