As a Data Center Engineering Operations Engineer, you will be instrumental in managing the mechanical and electrical systems that power our data centers. Take full ownership of data center changes, incidents, and problems, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and resolution. You will be responsible for planning and executing maintenance for critical facility infrastructure, managing asset and inventory, and developing essential documentation like SOPs and emergency response procedures.

Develop deep expertise in data center systems, managing engineering aspects including financial control, compliance, and staff development. Responsibilities also include health, safety, environmental management, generating engineering reports, and maintaining communication with vendors and internal teams. You will provide hands-on support for equipment installation, decommissioning, and audits, while also managing energy management programs and staying updated on industry innovations.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, combined with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or at least two years of relevant electrical or mechanical engineering experience. Experience in an operational role is essential.

Preferred qualifications include over two years of data center engineering experience, with at least one year in data center or mission-critical facilities, and one year of electrical or mechanical experience.
