As a Data Center Engineering Operations Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the continuous availability of servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling systems that power customer innovation.

Take full ownership of data center changes, events, incidents, and problems, including post-mortems and root cause analysis.

Ensure critical facility infrastructure maintenance and repairs are executed efficiently and effectively.

Manage asset and inventory, develop comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintain technical documentation.

Drive financial and cost control, ensure code and regulatory compliance, and oversee personnel management and staff development.

Address health, safety, environmental, and energy management aspects, while preparing regular engineering reports and meeting contractual obligations (SLAs/KPIs).

Oversee incident and emergency response, including managing information flow, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring 24/7 safe and secure operations.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or a minimum of two years of experience in electrical or mechanical engineering, is necessary.

Demonstrated experience in an operational role is essential for success in this position.

Preferred qualifications include at least two years of dedicated data center engineering experience and one year of experience within data center or mission-critical facilities. Additional electrical or mechanical experience of one year or more is also advantageous.
