This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of safety, security, and cost-efficiency that our customers expect, all while ensuring seemingly infinite capacity. Oversee all Data Center changes, events, incidents, and problems, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and resolution. Plan and execute maintenance and repairs for critical facility infrastructure to align with business objectives. Manage asset and inventory, and develop comprehensive documentation including standard operating procedures and emergency response plans. Maintain deep knowledge of Data Center systems, including design intent and operational alternatives.

Manage financial and cost control aspects, ensure code and regulatory compliance, and lead personnel management, staff training, and development. Focus on health & safety, environmental management, and energy efficiency. Deliver regular engineering reports, monitor adherence to SLAs and KPIs, and communicate operating philosophies effectively. Provide hands-on facility support for equipment installation, decommissioning, and replacement. Oversee technical compliance auditing and manage Energy/Environmental Management Programs.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in data center or critical environment operations is required. Candidates should also possess 3+ years of experience in data center engineering or operations. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is essential for this role. Preferred qualifications include 4+ years of data center engineering or operations experience and a background in electrical or mechanical engineering.
