You will be responsible for providing L2/L3 technical support, ensuring strict adherence to customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and maintaining service commitments. A key part of this role involves actively participating in the incident and problem management lifecycle, including conducting thorough root cause analysis (RCA) for critical issues and managing major problem reviews (MPR).

Your duties will extend to managing and troubleshooting Cisco product portfolios, such as Catalyst Switches, Nexus Switches, and ISR/ASR Routers. You will also be involved in managing Cisco TAC cases, ensuring efficient defect tracking, escalation, and resolution. Furthermore, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, and automation opportunities to optimize operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include maintaining advanced expertise in routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), troubleshooting complex network outages, performing packet captures and deep packet analysis, and managing software image deployments. Effective vendor and escalation management is vital for success in this role.

We are looking for an experienced professional with 4 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Data Center networking, specifically with Cisco ACI and Nexus technologies. Strong expertise in routing and switching, along with advanced knowledge of EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP protocols, is essential.

You should possess proven experience in network troubleshooting, including diagnosing routing loops, convergence issues, path selection problems, and complex network outages. Proficiency in packet capture and deep packet analysis, along with experience using various diagnostic tools for distributed network environments, is required.

Essential competencies include strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured troubleshooting approach, deep understanding of ITIL practices, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities, are also crucial. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is expected.
