Join NTT DATA as a Senior Advisor Data Architect and become a key leader in our Master Data Management (MDM) Center of Excellence. This strategic role is pivotal in shaping our Reltio practice, driving pre-sales efforts, defining solutions, ensuring delivery excellence, and fostering innovation. You'll leverage your consulting expertise, deep Reltio knowledge, and enterprise data architecture skills to build reusable assets and best practices that accelerate client success.

This position offers a flexible, hybrid work arrangement based on business needs, allowing for a balance between in-office collaboration and remote work.

As a Reltio MDM Architect, you will lead pre-sales engagements by understanding customer needs and designing robust MDM solutions. You will create detailed architecture diagrams, roadmaps, and effort estimations, while actively participating in RFP responses and technical presentations. Your role extends to conducting client workshops, supporting business development, and leading proof-of-concept implementations to demonstrate business value.

Additionally, you will provide critical architecture governance for delivery projects, guide teams on best practices, and assist with complex technical challenges. A significant part of your contribution will involve developing and strengthening the Reltio MDM competency by defining standards, creating reusable assets like accelerators and frameworks, and mentoring team members through training and knowledge sharing.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Data Management, Data Integration, and Enterprise Data Architecture, including at least 4 years of hands-on Reltio MDM implementation experience. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Essential technical skills include a strong understanding of MDM concepts such as Customer 360, Product/Supplier MDM, Reference Data Management, Hierarchy Management, Match & Merge, Survivorship, Identity Resolution, Data Stewardship, and Data Quality. Proficiency in Reltio platform configuration, integration technologies like Informatica, Boomi, MuleSoft, Talend, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with experience in Snowflake or Databricks is crucial.

Preferred qualifications include Reltio certifications, experience with data governance tools, enterprise architecture frameworks, data migration, and familiarity with AI/ML capabilities. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are vital for influencing technology direction and driving practice growth.
