NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Data Architect Sr Advisor with a specialization in Varicent Solution Architecture for Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Sales Performance Management (SPM).

Architect and design robust, scalable Varicent ICM/SPM solutions, translating complex business compensation needs into effective technical designs.

Develop comprehensive data models, define intricate calculation logic, establish hierarchies, design workflows, and create insightful reporting structures. You will also be responsible for planning and overseeing critical integrations with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle, alongside building end-to-end data flow architectures, ETL processes, and reconciliation frameworks.

Further responsibilities include optimizing Varicent performance, enhancing calculation processing efficiency, and ensuring system scalability. You will lead solution reviews, facilitate stakeholder workshops, uphold technical governance standards, and provide expert guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.

This senior advisory position requires a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on Varicent ICM/SPM implementations.

Candidates must possess deep expertise in Varicent architecture, including Composer, Reports, Workflows, and the Calculation Engine. A solid understanding of sales compensation principles, commissions, quotas, and incentive programs is essential.

Proficiency in Data Modeling, SQL, ETL, and Data Warehousing concepts is a prerequisite. Experience with API-based and batch integrations, along with integrating Varicent with CRM, ERP, and data platforms, is required. The role also demands strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, complemented by excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience with the Azure platform, ADB, and ADF is also necessary.
