As a Sr. Advisor, you will be instrumental in driving the success of Databricks implementations, contributing significantly to both billable engagements and practice development. You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring robust solutions and client satisfaction.

This role involves a dual focus on client delivery and strategic practice growth. You'll be responsible for achieving 50% billable utilization through direct customer engagements, including leading workshops and delivering executive presentations.

Additionally, you will dedicate 50% of your time to pre-sales activities, consulting, and developing practice capabilities. This includes estimating solutions, providing commercial support, and fostering cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Delivery, Partners, and leadership. The development of reusable accelerators and knowledge assets is also a key aspect of this position.

Key responsibilities include leading Databricks solutioning and customer workshops, preparing accurate estimates, proposals, and migration strategies. You will lead Databricks architecture on billable projects and own the Databricks Center of Excellence (CoE), accelerators, and technical standards.

This role also requires coaching engineering teams and contributing to success measures such as proposal wins, customer satisfaction, practice asset creation, and capability development.
