Architect scalable Varicent ICM/SPM solutions, translating complex business compensation requirements into robust technical designs. Define comprehensive data models, calculation logic, hierarchies, workflows, and reporting structures. Oversee critical integrations with enterprise systems like Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle.

Develop end-to-end data flow architectures, optimize ETL processes, and establish reconciliation frameworks. Enhance Varicent performance, streamline calculation processing, and ensure system scalability. Lead solution reviews, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and maintain strong technical governance, guiding development teams to adhere to best practices.

Bring 8+ years of experience in Varicent ICM/SPM implementations, with deep expertise in Varicent architecture, Composer, Reports, Workflows, and the Calculation Engine. Possess a strong understanding of sales compensation, commissions, quotas, and incentive programs.

Demonstrate proficiency in Data Modeling, Azure platform, ADB, ADF, SQL, ETL/Data Warehousing concepts, and API/batch integrations. Experience integrating Varicent with CRM, ERP, and Data Platforms is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are key to success in this role.
