This role is pivotal in shaping our data future. You will be instrumental in defining long-term strategic goals for data architecture, establishing enterprise-wide data standards, and conceptualizing end-to-end data flow visions. Your expertise will ensure the accuracy, validity, and continuous improvement of corporate metadata and data quality.

As a Data Architect, you'll design and implement robust data solutions, provide technical recommendations to senior management, and stay abreast of emerging database technologies. You will collaborate closely with project managers and business leaders, documenting the data landscape and ensuring it remains current and accurate.

Develop and articulate long-term strategic goals for data architecture vision and establish data standards for enterprise systems. Utilize various cloud technologies, including Azure, AWS, GCP, and data platforms like Databricks and Snowflake. Conceptualize and create an end-to-end vision outlining the seamless flow of data through successive stages. Institute processes for governing the identification, collection, and utilization of corporate metadata, ensuring accuracy and validity. Implement methods and procedures for tracking data quality, completeness, redundancy, compliance, and continuous improvement. Evaluate and determine governance, stewardship, and frameworks for effective data management across the enterprise. Develop comprehensive strategies for data capacity planning, data security, life cycle data management, scalability, backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and archiving.

A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with diverse database technologies is required. Possess at least 6 years of experience with cloud-based systems and enterprise data architecture, driving end-to-end technology solutions. Ability to travel at least 25% is necessary for this role.

Preferred qualifications include certifications in AWS, Azure, and GCP, along with demonstrated expertise in Snowflake. Exposure to "Big 4" Management Consulting or experience across multiple industries is highly valued. An undergraduate or graduate degree is preferred.
