Develop clear, modular, and well-structured code, contributing to the overall systems design. Research and evaluate third-party applications, providing recommendations.

Build robust internal solutions, including custom front-end and back-end services, with minimal supervision. Identify and implement processes that ensure compliance enforcement and monitoring.

Assist in the design, development, and deployment of internal business applications that support Google's technology lifecycle, collaboration tools, service delivery management, and data/business intelligence initiatives.

Conduct and oversee the testing of application modules to ensure adherence to specifications. Collaborate with analysts and business process owners across teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a comparable technical field, or equivalent practical experience is required.

Four years of professional experience with Java or Python, coupled with expertise in Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) tools, is essential.

Four years of experience in process improvement, systems integration, or change management is also necessary. Familiarity with coding, data management, and data analytics is crucial.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience engaging with business stakeholders for requirement analysis and their conversion into technical requirements is highly valued. Hands-on experience in building software for large-scale database systems utilizing Big Data, Relational, and NoSQL data stores, along with a strong foundation in design, data structures, and algorithms, is beneficial.
