Craft clear, modular, and well-structured code while developing comprehensive system designs. Research and evaluate third-party applications, providing informed recommendations.

Develop internal solutions, including custom front-end and back-end services, with minimal supervision. Identify and implement processes to ensure robust control compliance and monitoring.

Assist in designing, building, and deploying internal business applications that support Google's technology lifecycle, collaboration tools, service delivery management, and data/business intelligence initiatives.

Oversee and conduct thorough testing of application modules to ensure adherence to specifications. Partner with business process owners and analysts across teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience is required. Candidates should possess 4 years of experience with Java or Python, alongside experience with Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) tools.

Additional experience includes 4 years in process improvement, systems integration, or change management. Proficiency in coding, data management, and data analytics is essential.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience collaborating with business stakeholders for requirement analysis and translation into technical requirements is highly valued. Hands-on experience building large-scale database software using Big Data, Relational, and NoSQL data stores, along with a solid foundation in design, data structures, and algorithms, is also beneficial.
