Join our team as a Data and AI Security Consultant, focusing on safeguarding sensitive data for enterprise clients across Microsoft 365, Purview, endpoints, cloud services, and AI workflows. This role blends hands-on Purview delivery with expert consulting to minimize data exposure risks, enhance DLP effectiveness, and prepare clients for the adoption of AI technologies like Copilot. You will be instrumental in developing secure AI implementation strategies and contributing to our reusable intellectual property for security delivery.

Lead workshops to understand client data landscapes, regulatory needs, and AI readiness. Implement and optimize Microsoft Purview Information Protection, including sensitivity labels and auto-labeling. Configure and manage Data Loss Prevention across various Microsoft 365 workloads and AI workflows. Assess and improve Insider Risk Management, eDiscovery, and compliance tools. Apply DSPM and data-security-for-AI patterns to identify and mitigate risks before AI deployment. Support Data Protection Agents for sensitive data discovery and DLP triage. Develop executive-ready deliverables like risk registers and remediation roadmaps. Contribute to creating reusable security delivery IP, playbooks, and enablement content.

A minimum of 10 years in cybersecurity, information protection, DLP, data governance, or related consulting fields is required. Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview data security capabilities, particularly Information Protection and DLP within Microsoft 365, is essential. You should possess a strong understanding of sensitive information types, classification strategies, DLP rules, alert triage, and policy tuning. The ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into implementable Purview controls is key. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance workloads, including endpoints, Defender for Cloud Apps, audit, and eDiscovery signals, is also necessary. Excellent communication skills are vital for client workshops, executive readouts, and cross-functional collaboration.
