As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will play a key role in interpreting and analyzing asset performance across the CSCP. You will contribute to building a comprehensive data quality framework and developing scalable data solutions. Interpret data to understand asset performance, usage trends, and gaps within CSCP. Collaborate with Data Governance to establish a holistic data landscape and define Data Quality needs. Review and validate requirements, design solutions, and identify options, with a focus on data quality frameworks and products. Ensure validated solutions meet business needs and drive adoption. Create data analysis and enable the development of common data solutions for CSCP data needs. Work closely with analysts and engineering teams to deliver solutions aligned with architecture and AI-native applications. Navigate a matrixed organization to ensure clear accountability and timely delivery of commitments.

A Master's Degree in a related field (Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, etc.) with 2+ years in data analysis or a Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience is required. Equivalent experience may also be considered.

Key skills include strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, proficiency in data science and business intelligence tools, and experience with data governance and quality frameworks. The ability to define business metrics and understand supply chain processes is crucial.

Preferred qualifications include experience in supply chain data analytics, developing Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, and understanding data management within data lakes and warehouses. Excellent communication skills to simplify complex topics and drive actionable insights are essential.
