Lead the design and execution of data engineering and analytics solutions, owning and scaling data platforms and pipelines within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. Architect secure, high-performance data solutions, establishing best practices for ingestion, transformation, modeling, and governance. Drive the adoption of AI-enabled analytics, including Gen AI and Agentic AI frameworks, and enable LLM integration for enhanced insights and automation.

Translate complex business challenges into impactful data solutions, managing the development of dashboards, advanced analytics models, and decision-support tools. Empower business teams through data storytelling and visualization, embedding analytics into products and workflows for measurable outcomes. Engage senior stakeholders, manage cross-functional programs, and drive collaboration across global, multi-disciplinary teams to ensure quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Possess a strong data & analytics solutioning mindset, capable of linking technology to business outcomes and translating strategy into scalable execution. Demonstrate executive presence to influence senior stakeholders, coupled with deep, structured problem-solving skills. Manage complex programs across diverse geographies and stakeholders, embodying a strategic, innovative, and outcome-oriented approach.

Leverage technical expertise in data engineering and analytics, with proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern data processing frameworks. Exhibit strong expertise in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Data Lake, alongside experience in data modeling, architecture design, and performance optimization. Hands-on experience with visualization tools like Power BI and familiarity with data integration, APIs, and enterprise data platforms are essential.
