Responsibilities

Spearhead the creation, implementation, and ongoing support of robust data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence solutions, ensuring high-quality, reliable data products. Manage the entire solution lifecycle from concept to deployment, including gathering requirements, architectural design, development, testing, CI/CD, production support, and continuous enhancement. Drive operational excellence by optimizing ETL processes, data platforms, and system performance. Proactively monitor production environments, swiftly resolve incidents, and implement improvements for enhanced reliability, scalability, and efficiency. Establish and enforce strong data governance, quality, security, and compliance frameworks to maintain data integrity and adherence to organizational standards. Collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders to deliver strategic, business-aligned solutions, lead cross-functional initiatives, and manage diverse priorities within a dynamic environment. Champion innovation by applying AI/ML, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to boost operational efficiency, automate decision-making, improve data quality, and generate significant business value across data and analytics functions. Adhere strictly to employment contract terms, company policies, procedures, and directives, including potential transfers, team changes, or shifts as necessitated by the evolving business landscape.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's or higher degree in Operational Research, Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics/Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required in SAS (including Advanced SAS and SAS Macros), SQL, and Teradata. Proficiency in data visualization and BI reporting tools like Tableau is essential, alongside at least 3 years of experience in Quality Analysis and Automation. Practical experience with ETL processes, Unix shell scripting, and stored procedures is also necessary. Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and Anomaly Detection. Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI concepts is expected. Experience with Cloud Data Platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is highly valued. Strong expertise in data processing and warehousing technologies, including Teradata and Snowflake, is required. Knowledge of version control and deployment tools like GitHub, Airflow, and Docker containerization is beneficial. Proficiency in Python/PySpark and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint is also a key requirement.
