As a Data Analyst 2 with the Retail Network Reporting Team, you will develop and deliver sophisticated Business Intelligence and reporting solutions. Your focus will be on self-service capabilities and automation to streamline manual processes.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design effective reporting strategies, and mentor junior data analysts. Responsibilities include creating user-friendly documentation, providing training, and serving as a key point of contact for BI products. Enhancing data infrastructure and maintaining existing reporting solutions for accuracy and improvement are also core duties.

We are looking for candidates with robust experience in SQL and Python for Business Intelligence or data analysis. Proven ability to deliver automated data processes and architectures for handling large datasets is essential.

Strong experience in engaging with stakeholders to define business requirements and design tailored solutions is required. Demonstrated success in developing and owning business intelligence and reporting solutions is a must. Experience with Databricks Apps or a similar framework for data applications, along with Agile development methodology, is preferred. Familiarity with the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
