Analyze CMDB data using automated tools or SQL/Excel strings to identify trends and anomalies. Design and implement efficient processes for incremental data imports into tables or databases. Utilize BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to create insightful dashboards and reports. Apply a strong understanding of data modeling, data structures, and data quality principles to ensure data integrity. Communicate complex data findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools for data manipulation and presentation. Collaborate effectively within international or cross-functional teams, fostering a shared understanding of data-driven strategies.

A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field is required. Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a Data Analyst or similar role is necessary. Solid experience working with databases and various data sources, including proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts. Hands-on experience with popular BI and reporting platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for communication and collaboration. Experience working within international or cross-functional team environments is highly valued.
