EY Global Delivery Services is seeking a skilled Data & AI Managed Services Solution Architect, Manager to drive accelerated growth in managed services. This role involves shaping and articulating differentiated solutions across data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML operations. You will ensure solutions are client-focused, commercially viable, and aligned with responsible AI and data governance standards.

Key responsibilities include developing data and AI solution strategies, translating client priorities into compelling value propositions, and designing end-to-end managed services across various operational domains like DataOps, MLOps, and Agent Ops. You will ensure platform availability, pipeline resilience, and operational efficiency. Engaging clients through proposals, presentations, and workshops is crucial, as is partnering with Sales and specialists to maintain alignment on solution design and commercials. Collaboration with transition architects to ensure smooth deployment and providing estimation and commercial input based on service design are also core functions.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Data & AI, technology managed services, data platform operations, analytics, or AI operations is required. Proven experience with major data and AI ecosystems such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Azure is essential. Familiarity with reusable assets or automation for operational productivity and monitoring, along with an understanding of managed services pricing and cloud cost drivers (FinOps), is expected. Relevant certifications in architecture, cloud, data, AI, or service management (e.g., ITIL) are advantageous.
