NTT DATA seeks a dynamic Data & AI Consulting Manager to join our Bangalore team. - Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying AI transformation opportunities and critical business pain points. - Shape comprehensive AI strategies, including target operating models, governance frameworks, adoption plans, and responsible AI initiatives. - Collaborate with AI architects, engineering, delivery, and partner teams to translate client requirements into tangible AI solutions. - Develop compelling proposals, business cases, ROI models, and executive-ready client materials. - Support the entire deal lifecycle, from opportunity qualification and solution shaping to mobilization and transition into delivery. - Lead structured consulting activities such as workshops, assessments, and roadmap development sessions. - Connect AI use cases to overarching business outcomes, operating model changes, and measurable enterprise value. - Contribute to and enhance global Go-to-Market assets, offering content, and client-facing narratives. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI trends, agentic AI, enterprise adoption, responsible AI, and partner capabilities.

- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in consulting, professional services, strategy, transformation, AI, data, or analytics roles. - At least 3 years of experience in shaping or delivering initiatives related to AI, data science, machine learning, GenAI, agentic AI, analytics, or digital transformation. - Proven strategy acumen, including business model analysis, operating model design, value case development, transformation planning, and executive narrative creation. - Demonstrated experience supporting presales activities like opportunity identification, solution shaping, proposal development, and executive deal reviews. - Solid understanding of enterprise AI concepts, including LLMs, AI agents, RAG, ML lifecycle, data readiness, responsible AI, governance, and adoption considerations. - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience is required.
