As an AI Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor, identifying AI transformation opportunities and client pain points. Responsibilities include shaping AI strategy, target operating models, and responsible AI roadmaps. You will translate client needs into practical AI solutions, developing proposals, business cases, and executive-ready materials. This role also involves supporting presales activities, leading structured consulting engagements, and bringing a strategic lens to client conversations to demonstrate measurable enterprise value.

You will collaborate with AI Architects, Delivery teams, Sellers, and ecosystem partners. Actively contribute to improving global Go-to-Market assets and stay current with the latest AI trends, including agentic AI and responsible AI practices, to enhance advisory quality.

This position requires a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, AI, or related client-facing roles, with at least 3 years focused on shaping or delivering AI, data science, ML, GenAI, or digital transformation initiatives. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is mandatory.

Key qualifications include strong strategy acumen, experience with presales activities like proposal development and solution shaping, and a working knowledge of enterprise AI concepts such as LLMs, AI agents, and responsible AI. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or MBA, industry-specific experience (e.g., financial services, healthcare), and familiarity with cloud AI platforms.
