Join EAG Security as a Senior Cybersecurity Architect, a pivotal customer-facing role dedicated to safeguarding Microsoft's strategic clients. You will architect secure, outcome-driven solutions across Microsoft Security and cloud platforms. This position emphasizes an AI-first consulting approach, driving innovation through reusable intellectual property and accelerators for global scale.
This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise security architecture, governance, and risk management, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Security services. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, translating complex security needs into pragmatic roadmaps and solution designs.
Lead the development of secure, scalable architectures across Microsoft Security and adjacent cloud platforms. Translate customer business and regulatory requirements into actionable security roadmaps and solution designs. Identify and mitigate architectural risks, control gaps, and delivery blockers. Provide expert guidance through ambiguity, clarifying trade-offs and next-step decisions. Engage as a trusted advisor to customer security leaders, including CISOs and Enterprise Architects. Facilitate architecture workshops, solution reviews, and executive briefings. Partner with sales and pursuit teams to shape security opportunities and support deal governance. Provide architectural oversight during implementation, embedding AI-first and automation-led delivery practices. Contribute to and leverage EAG Security's reusable delivery IP, accelerators, and reference architectures.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience is required. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, architecture, or consulting, with a focus on complex customer engagements. Demonstrated expertise in enterprise security architecture, information security practices, governance, and risk management. In-depth, hands-on architecture experience with Microsoft Security services such as Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID, Purview, Defender for Cloud, Intune security, and Security Copilot. Experience with Azure and preferably multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP). Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and regulatory expectations. Proficiency in threat modeling, secure design reviews, vulnerability management, DevSecOps, and control validation. Ability to govern Azure and M365 security posture, data flows, and Zero Trust architecture. Strong executive communication and CISO-level advisory skills. Proven consultative presales and solution-shaping experience. A strong collaboration ethic, working effectively across sales, delivery, engineering, and partner teams.
