As a Senior Cyber Security Operations specialist focusing on SailPoint, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining critical IAM components. This includes crafting custom workflows, rules, and APIs within SailPoint IdentityIQ to automate provisioning and de-provisioning processes.

Your role will involve integrating SailPoint IIQ with various directories like LDAP, web services, SAP, and cloud platforms. You will configure and manage modules such as Lifecycle Manager and Compliance Manager to meet complex business and compliance needs. Furthermore, you will diagnose and resolve integration issues across multi-environment IAM landscapes to ensure optimal stability and compliance.

Collaboration is key, as you will contribute to CI/CD pipelines for deployments using GitHub and Jenkins, supporting agile development. You'll also adapt to dynamic work demands and provide flexible coverage as required.

We are looking for candidates with 3-10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including a minimum of 3 years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ core development. A strong command of Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, and REST APIs is essential, coupled with a solid understanding of infrastructure components like operating systems (Windows/Linux), relational databases, and application hosting frameworks.

Essential knowledge includes core IAM principles such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), access reviews, and policy management. Experience with other IAM tools like IdentityNow, Saviynt, or Entra ID Governance is advantageous, as are certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer. Experience integrating with directories (AD, LDAP), identity providers, HR systems, databases, and various applications is highly desirable.
