You will be instrumental in developing and managing our enterprise-wide Zero Trust architecture, driving continuous enhancements across Active Directory, Entra ID, and SailPoint. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, your focus will be on designing and implementing robust security policies and access controls. You will also provide technical guidance on infrastructure upgrades, third-party integrations, and platform enhancements across the organization.

Key responsibilities include implementing identity security features such as SSO, conditional access, and MFA. You'll administer and evolve the SailPoint IdentityNow environment, overseeing governance workflows, access certifications, and role management. Managing vendor relationships, championing development standards, and applying AI tooling for improved visibility and stability are also crucial aspects of this role.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience, coupled with over 10 years of hands-on experience in Active Directory and Entra ID environments. A strong understanding of authentication protocols like LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, and OAuth is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in MFA and SSO technologies, along with comprehensive knowledge of the full identity lifecycle – from user lifecycle management to delegated administration – is required. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and practical experience with AI tools in daily engineering tasks are necessary. Prior experience with an Identity Governance platform, preferably SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ, and a proven track record in resolving complex identity and access challenges are vital for success in this role.
