Design and implement enterprise-grade AI solutions, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG/GraphRAG, and advanced Machine Learning models. Develop robust LLM workflows, master LLM inference concepts, and evaluate/select appropriate models for diverse applications.

Architect and build single- and multi-agent systems for complex enterprise workflows. Determine the optimal application of agentic AI versus deterministic orchestration or traditional software development. Utilize frameworks like LangGraph to construct sophisticated agent workflows.

This is a hands-on engineering role demanding strong expertise in Python, ML/LLM concepts, retrieval architectures, agent orchestration, backend engineering, cloud deployment, and AI evaluation. Candidates must demonstrate experience in designing and deploying AI systems that perform reliably under real-world constraints such as latency, concurrency, security, scalability, cost, and failure recovery.

Key skills include designing applications with commercial and open-source LLMs, building LLM workflows with prompt engineering and structured outputs, and optimizing LLM applications for performance and cost. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or an equivalent field from a reputable institution is required. MCA graduates are also encouraged to apply.
