Amazon Physical Stores is at the forefront of retail innovation, developing cutting-edge technologies like Amazon Go, Amazon Dash Cart, and Amazon One. As a CXQO Machine Learning Data Operations Associate, you will support the backend non-technical operations for Amazon Go Stores, playing a vital role in our pioneering efforts.

Key responsibilities include performing data collection tasks for Amazon devices, applications, or services according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance team quality, efficiency, and accuracy.

Collaborate with your team manager to address any work delays or technical roadblocks. Report software and tool issues to the development team when necessary. Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to all Amazon policies for securing sensitive information is paramount.

We are seeking individuals who are fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English. A Bachelor's degree is a fundamental requirement for this role.

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Microsoft Office products and applications, fluency in Hindi, and the ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends, nights, and holidays.
