Seeking a seasoned Senior Lead Architect with over 17 years of IT experience, including recent roles in solution architecture or presales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least three full ERP Cloud implementations. A strong background in customer-facing roles, including Oracle ERP Cloud Fit Gap analysis, integration, and report/extension design finalization, is essential. This position requires exceptional stakeholder management and a natural ability to build relationships, fostering true collaboration with clients and implementation teams.

This role involves providing technical consulting guidance to customers and functional teams on various PaaS technologies throughout Oracle ERP Cloud implementations. A critical aspect of this position is the ability to collaborate with Geo Sales Teams on cross-selling Oracle Tools and Services. The role also demands experience across geographies in delivering global implementations and requires proficiency in both delivery and SME/presales capacities. Experience with Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud products is a key requirement.

Provide expert technical consulting on PaaS technologies during Oracle ERP Cloud implementations. Lead customer-facing engagements, finalizing designs for Oracle ERP Cloud Fit Gap, integration, reporting, and extensions. Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure effective collaboration. Drive global implementation projects across various geographies. Apply skills across both delivery and presales roles. Effectively cross-sell Oracle Tools and Services in collaboration with the Geo Sales Team. Leverage deep understanding of Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud products to guide solutions.

Minimum 17 years of IT experience, with recent experience in a solution architect or presales capacity. Must have completed at least three full ERP Cloud implementations. Proven experience in customer-facing roles, including Oracle ERP Cloud Fit Gap analysis, integration, and report/extension design. Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management and relationship building. Strong skills in technical consulting, documentation, presentation, customer handling, problem-solving, and solution design. Experience with Business Rules, Oracle Cloud UI Customization, and Business Objects is mandatory. Knowledge of Oracle Database Cloud Services, Oracle ATP, and Autonomous Database is required. Familiarity with IDCS, SSO, content management/collaboration, and Human Task is necessary. Experience with global implementations across different geographies is expected. Proficiency across delivery and SME/presales roles is essential. Must possess experience and skills with both Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud products. Excellent communication and customer engagement skills are paramount. Prior Oracle consulting experience with Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud products is required.
