Seeking a seasoned Oracle Field Service Functional Consultant to join our offshore team. This role is pivotal in configuring and optimizing Oracle Field Service applications to meet diverse business needs. You will collaborate with onsite teams, ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of Oracle Field Service functionalities and a proven track record in adapting the platform to specific business processes. Key responsibilities include configuring the Oracle Field Service application and associated business processes to align with client requirements. You will provide crucial support to onsite consultants for troubleshooting, documentation, and testing of all Oracle cloud configurations. Developing functional design documentation and participating in fit-gap analysis sessions are also integral parts of this role.

Further duties involve executing configuration tasks, thorough testing, and resolving any identified defects. You will support the integration of Oracle Field Service with Service Cloud and ERP systems. Additionally, responsibilities extend to developing test scripts, user guides, and training materials, and assisting with SIT, UAT, and deployment activities. Troubleshooting functional issues and providing post-go-live support are essential.

We are looking for professionals with 6-10+ years of experience in Oracle Field Service functional consulting. A strong understanding of application configuration and business process mapping is essential. Experience in supporting cloud configurations, troubleshooting, and documentation is required. The ability to develop functional design documents and participate in solution reviews is crucial.

Candidates should be adept at executing configurations, testing, and defect resolution. Familiarity with OFS integrations, test script development, and user guide creation is beneficial. Experience with SIT, UAT, and deployment, along with the capability to troubleshoot functional issues, is necessary. While not mandatory, the Oracle Field Service Cloud Implementation Professional certification is preferred.
