Seeking a Principal Consultant or Solution Architect with expertise in Oracle Field Service and Oracle CX. This role involves designing and leading end-to-end cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration between Oracle Field Service (formerly TOA Technologies) and various Oracle CX modules. You will be instrumental in the full lifecycle of implementations, from initial discovery through to post-go-live support.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Field Service and contribute to complex client projects. You will play a key role in optimizing field resource utilization and translating business requirements into scalable technical blueprints.

Key responsibilities include designing robust cloud solutions that integrate Oracle Field Service with Oracle CX modules. You will lead implementation lifecycles and configure complex OFS components like capacity management, routing, and mobility apps. Mapping business processes to Oracle CX standards across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Integration Cloud is crucial.

You will also architect integrations with external ERP, CRM, or legacy systems using Oracle Integration Cloud or APIs. Optimizing automated routing algorithms to enhance field resource utilization and reduce travel times is a core function. Enforcing best practices for data migration, security, and environment management, along with mentoring junior team members, are also expected.

This role requires 8 to 15 years of dedicated experience in Oracle CRM/CX and Field Service ecosystems, with a minimum of 3 end-to-end Oracle Field Service implementations in a lead or architect capacity. Deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Field Service is essential.

Proven experience with Oracle CX portfolio components like Service Cloud, CRM, or Sales Cloud is required. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and APIs is necessary. Experience developing OFS custom plug-ins using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript is highly beneficial. Experience in industry verticals such as utilities, telecommunications, manufacturing, or medical devices is strongly preferred.
