As Manager, IT Delivery, you will lead a team responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of software and tools, from design and development to implementation and monitoring. You will collaborate with business leaders to define project scope and requirements, ensuring successful execution. Acting as a liaison, you'll manage cross-functional teams, identify and mitigate project risks, and integrate cybersecurity best practices for secure delivery. Key duties include team supervision and development, delivering software releases, managing operational plans, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will also present project status and metrics to management, manage departmental budgets, and ensure compliance with IT and security policies. Leading cross-functional teams, risk mitigation, comprehensive project planning, and enhancing cybersecurity frameworks are central to this role.

We are seeking a technically oriented leader with a minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, software development, or IT service delivery, including prior leadership experience. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications being preferred. Essential skills include strong expertise in IT project management, Agile methodologies, SDLC best practices, IT infrastructure, software development, and enterprise IT solutions, complemented by excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD Pipelines (Github), TDD/BDD practices, and user-level understanding of Splunk and Honeycomb is crucial. Experience with MS Dynamics, Claude Code, and Github Co-Pilot is considered a plus. Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a commitment to EY values are essential.
