EY's Global Delivery Services is seeking an experienced and certified Salesforce Developer, specializing in Service Cloud, to contribute to scalable Salesforce solution design and development. This role involves hands-on configuration and development, alongside a deep understanding of Salesforce administration and business processes. Prior experience with Public Sector Solutions is highly advantageous.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing robust Salesforce solutions with a primary focus on Service Cloud. You will also develop and maintain Visualforce pages, manage Salesforce administration tasks such as org setup, user management, and security configurations. Customization of objects, fields, layouts, workflows, approvals, validation rules, and flows will be essential. Configuring and maintaining reports and dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements, and providing post-go-live technical support are also core duties.

To be successful in this role, a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of dedicated Salesforce development experience and a strong expertise in Service Cloud. Proficiency in Visualforce development and comprehensive Salesforce configuration and administration skills are essential. Familiarity with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Omni Studio, and Omni Script would be beneficial, alongside strong analytical and communication abilities.
