Manage critical aspects of contracting, order management, and billing execution, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries, overseeing team operations and implementing strategies to enhance performance.

Drive process optimization and operational excellence, acting as a trusted advisor on efficient and scalable solutions. Effectively manage relationships with field sellers, partners, and customers by leveraging voice of customer insights and metrics.

A minimum of 4 years' experience in contracting, order management, pipeline management, and billing is essential, with a strong focus on financial accuracy, compliance, and risk management. Expertise in contract validation, credit approval, and stakeholder engagement is required.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. This hybrid role requires on-site presence at least three days per week. Experience with Microsoft licensing concepts and direct support for Microsoft Volume Licensing sales is preferred. The position operates on an evening shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST).
