Lead and develop a team of AI Customer Engineers and Forward Deployed Engineers, prioritizing team growth, strategic talent development, and skill enhancement to ensure successful customer cloud transformations and maximize value realization.
Cultivate strong customer partnerships and provide visionary guidance on cloud strategies, transformations, and highly specialized technical solutions within your domain to achieve significant technical victories.
Collaborate with the sales team to architect technical go-to-market strategies and implementation plans, with a strong emphasis on the adoption of advanced workloads and the creation of repeatable solutions.
Effectively balance technical leadership with operational efficiency. Conduct workload and opportunity review meetings, offering strategic insights for achieving technical wins and migration strategies. Engage directly with customers, partners, and prospects, and oversee domain-specific prototyping and proof-of-concept initiatives.
Work collaboratively across Google, with partners, and within your team to overcome technical hurdles, and establish critical feedback mechanisms to Product and Engineering based on real-world field experiences.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud-native architecture, specifically within customer-facing or support roles.
Demonstrated experience with AI technologies or concepts is essential.
Proven ability to engage in technical discussions, deliver compelling demos, develop prototypes, and conduct workshops with customers.
Previous experience in a leadership capacity, including people management, team leadership, mentorship, or coaching, is necessary.
Experience driving the adoption of specialized workloads, such as Cloud AI and Data Analytics, with key technical decision-makers is required.
