Actively manage and monitor the progress of customer workloads from initial agreement through to active consumption, ensuring timely value realization.

Drive sustained product usage and customer satisfaction to secure ongoing contract renewals and identify avenues for future growth within accounts.

Utilize technical skills in coding, debugging, and systems design to proactively resolve blockers and expedite customer deployment processes.

Identify opportunities for introducing new Google Cloud workloads within client accounts during project execution to expand their cloud footprint.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess at least 6 years of experience in customer-facing cloud-native architecture roles, coupled with a strong background in deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.

Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages, debugging, and systems design to address technical challenges effectively.

Preferred candidates will have experience collaborating with product and capacity teams to overcome technical and resource constraints.

Experience in selling technical solutions, particularly in areas like Infrastructure/Application Modernization, Data Management, Analytics, AI, Networking, Migrations, or Security, is highly advantageous.

Familiarity with Google Cloud products and their competitive advantages is a plus, as is experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Python or Java.
