By deeply understanding customer needs, you will provide essential technical support, bridging the gap between complex challenges and innovative, AI-driven solutions.

This role is pivotal in driving Agentic Workplace Transformation (AWT), guiding customers beyond simple task automation to orchestrating intricate, multi-step workflows. You will showcase the integrated capabilities of Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise, demonstrating how they break down context silos for seamless human-AI collaboration grounded in organizational data. Furthermore, you'll provide expert advice on deploying and governing AI agents, ensuring scalable, high-value automation with enterprise-grade security and compliance.

Responsibilities

Educate clients on the strengths of Google Workspace and Google Enterprise, facilitating their journey towards technical innovation. Partner closely with customers to discern their unique requirements and challenges, subsequently designing and developing tailored solutions and proof-of-concepts (POCs). Cultivate trusted advisor relationships, offering strategic recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure essential for successful solution implementation. Provide best-practice guidance to optimize the effectiveness of Google Cloud adoption. Assist customers in developing robust AI practices with strong technological direction, enabling them to create and build solutions that significantly elevate productivity. Deliver specialized industry or vertical solutions that empower customers to maximize the advantages offered by Google Workspace.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience is essential. Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer-facing technical pre-sales or solutions architecture capacity. Demonstrate extensive experience with Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) and enterprise productivity solutions. Proficiency in scripting for automation, code development, and the creation of low code/no code solutions is required. Proven ability in gathering business requirements, leading white-boarding sessions, and delivering impactful technical presentations.
