You will act as a strategic technical partner to the Sales team, clearly communicating the distinct advantages of Google Cloud's security offerings. Serve as the primary technical advisor, collaborating with Sales to develop account strategies that build trust and encourage adoption of Google Cloud Security solutions. Design secure, scalable, and resilient architectures tailored to customer business objectives and operational challenges. Lead technical validations, including Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and in-depth technical discussions, proactively removing obstacles to ensure project success. Effectively communicate complex cybersecurity concepts to both technical and executive audiences, highlighting practical business outcomes. Collaborate with product development teams to enhance product capabilities based on technical insights, optimizing performance and market alignment.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience is required. Possess 10 years of experience in a technical capacity, including 5 years in customer-facing technical pre-sales or solutions architecture roles. Have 8 years of experience with modern Security Operations Center (SOC) stacks such as SIEM, SOAR, NDR, EDR, UEBA, and Threat Intelligence. Experience in gathering business requirements, facilitating workshops, and delivering technical presentations to various stakeholders is essential. Proficiency in coding or scripting languages like Python or Go, along with experience in log parsing, data normalization, and automation, is highly valued.
