As an integral part of our global banking technology environment, you will be responsible for building and managing sophisticated banking data solutions. This includes leveraging automated deployment pipelines with Azure DevOps to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Independently act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and actively contribute to team discussions, offering solutions to complex work-related problems. Take a leadership role in mentoring team members, fostering their technical skills and professional development. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless integration of software components. Proactively evaluate and refine development processes to enhance efficiency and elevate product quality.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Database Management is essential. You should possess a strong understanding of database design principles, data modeling, and normalization techniques. Experience with performance tuning and optimization of database queries and structures is crucial, alongside familiarity with backup, recovery, and data security best practices. The ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues promptly is expected. A solid grasp of database scalability and high availability solutions is also required. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
