- Take ownership of technical direction and architecture for custom software solutions. - Lead and mentor development teams through the entire design and delivery lifecycle. - Define and enforce development standards to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance. - Align technical strategies with overarching business objectives. - Act as a subject matter expert, performing independently and contributing significantly to team discussions. - Proactively provide solutions to work-related challenges and actively participate in problem-solving. - Drive continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. - Support and guide junior team members through knowledge sharing and mentorship.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Syniti ADM for SAP is essential. - A strong understanding of software architecture principles and industry best practices. - Proven experience in managing and delivering complex, custom software projects. - Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within enterprise systems is beneficial. - Expertise in Consumer Goods and Services, and Informatica PowerCenter are considered advantageous. - A 15-year full-time education is a requirement for this role.
