As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, you'll oversee the technical vision and architectural framework for tailored software. Administer and maintain the 3DEXPERIENCE platform across various environments (development, testing, production) in on-premises and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) settings. Manage user accounts, roles, licenses, and access controls for secure and efficient platform use. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct regular health checks to ensure high availability. Coordinate platform upgrades, patches, and migrations, and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and workflows. Proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and integration challenges. Possess knowledge of automation, report generation, and DS SR/ER management. Demonstrate proficiency in DSLS License Trigram management.

A minimum of 2 to 4 years of progressive, hands-on experience administering the 3DEXPERIENCE platform within a corporate or enterprise setting is essential. You should have a proven ability to support cross-functional teams utilizing 3DX for product lifecycle management (PLM), design, or simulation. Experience in agile or structured IT project environments, including change and release management processes, is required. Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary for working effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision is crucial.
