As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, you will guide the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions, leading teams through the entire development lifecycle. Your role involves setting high development standards, ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance align with business objectives. This position requires fostering innovation and technical excellence to deliver robust and efficient software products.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to integrate software solutions with organizational goals and continuously enhance system performance and scalability. The focus is on delivering impactful software that drives business success.

Develop and customize 3DEXPERIENCE solutions using UI3, JPO, Trigger, and data model customization. Maintain custom Enovia widgets and dashboards for the 3DEXPERIENCE platform according to design specifications.

Utilize technologies including Java, Java Collections, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and potentially frameworks like Vue.JS or React. Seamlessly integrate widgets with 3DEXPERIENCE web services. Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and perform enhancements for developed widgets. Awareness of Core Enovia concepts such as data model, triggers, UI3, and REST web services is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in 3DEXPERIENCE customization, widget development, and integration projects is essential. This includes hands-on experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and a solid understanding of Spinner, JPO, Data Model, Search, RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and data handling.

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like Vue, React, or Node is required. Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE APIs (ENOVIA, 3DSpace, 3DSearch) and the Web App Framework (WAF) is crucial. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Git, Jira, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins is also necessary.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills are vital. Excellent communication and leadership abilities are key to success in this role. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this position.
