Shape the future of custom software as a Custom Software Engineering Lead. This role offers the opportunity to drive technical direction and architecture for innovative software solutions, guiding teams from initial design through successful delivery. You will establish development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance are aligned with critical business objectives.

This is a pivotal role for an experienced engineer to mentor and lead a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence. You will be instrumental in building robust, high-performance custom software that directly impacts business success.

Spearhead the development and customization of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, focusing on UI3, JPO, Triggers, and data model enhancements. Maintain and refine custom Enovia widgets and dashboards to meet specific design requirements.

Leverage a range of technologies including Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and potentially modern frameworks like Vue.JS or React to build seamless integrations with 3DEXPERIENCE webservices. Provide essential technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for developed widgets.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of Core Enovia concepts such as data models, triggers, UI3, and REST webservices to enhance functionality and support.

A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in 3DEXPERIENCE customization, widget development, and integration projects is essential. You should possess a solid grasp of Spinner, JPO, Data models, Search, RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and data handling within the 3DEXPERIENCE environment.

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks like Vue, React, or Node is required. Hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE APIs, including ENOVIA, 3DSpace, 3DSearch, and the Web App Framework (WAF), is crucial.

Experience with Agile/Scrum, Git, Jira, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins is expected. Candidates will benefit from strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities, coupled with excellent communication and leadership skills. A 15-year full-time education is mandatory, and this position is based in our Bengaluru office.
